Check-in at Eagle House is from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Guests are welcome to park in the off-road car park and explore Eccleshall from 11:00 AM on check-in day. As a small family-run bed and breakfast, Eagle House cannot accommodate arrivals or departures outside these specified times.

All interior areas of Eagle House and the surrounding garden grounds are strictly non-smoking. Vaping and e-cigarettes are also prohibited anywhere on the property.

High chairs and travel cots are available upon request at the time of booking for some B&B rooms and the Eagle’s Nest Apartment. Cots include a top sheet; parents must bring their own baby blankets.

Eagle House does not accommodate pets or domestic animals. However, assistance dogs, guide dogs, and hearing dogs are always welcome free of charge. Please inform the property at the time of booking if travelling with a service dog.

All bed linens, sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases at Eagle House are made from 100% natural cotton. Standard duvets and pillows contain natural feather fills, but hypoallergenic synthetic bedding is available upon request prior to arrival.

Once guests have checked in at Eagle House, they can come and go as they please. We ask that guests respect our neighbours and other guests by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Some of our outside lights are turned off late at night so if you are expecting to be back late, please take the torch which can be found in the bed side table.

Eagle House does not offer an in-house guest laundry service. However, full washing, drying, and ironing services are available locally in Eccleshall town centre through Beeby’s Bubbles Laundry.
